Terms and conditions of SMS Masking and SMS Blast

USER and SENDER ID Registration Terms and Conditions:

1. USER must attach a copy of ID card, NPWP card and sign the provisions
   as well as these requirements to be able to register for the BLAST SMS Service and
   using Alpha Sender ID.
2. The name or abbreviation or acronym used as the sender ID must consist of
   of Alphanumeric characters, i.e. letters and numbers, including spaces, maximum
   of 11 characters, and no punctuation is allowed.
3. VISIO reserves the right to refuse registration of a Sender ID that contains elements of discrimination,
   Pornography, and potentially offensive to certain parties.
4. VISIO reserves the right to request other substitute names or abbreviations or acronyms
   as Sender ID to avoid being similar to other users by
   first sending a notification to USER.
5. The minimum length of the Sender ID registration process is 14 (fourteen)
   calendar days.
6. The use of the name Alpha Sender ID is the sole responsibility of USER.
7. USER is allowed to change the name of the Sender ID in accordance with the existing conditions
   , and through the same process.
8. The right to use the preferred name on the Sender ID is as long as there is no
   cancellation or termination of use.
9. The validity period of using Sender ID is 1 (one) year since the Sender ID
   is activated.
10. USER must re-register Sender ID within 30 (thirty)
    days from the end of the Sender ID usage period.
11. If USER does not re-register Sender ID after 30 (thirty)
    days of usage ends, VISIO has the right to register the Sender ID for
    other users.

Note: For Alpha Sender ID requirements on XL operators, USER is required to send a minimum of 10,000 SMS per month, but if this cannot be achieved, then the Alpha Sender ID that appears on the SMS is a generic Alpha Sender ID.

Terms of SMS Delivery and SMS Content:

1. USERS who use the facility SMS BLAST must have the intention to carry out legal and legal activities according to the norms and laws that apply in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. USERS are strictly prohibited from using the facility SMS BLAST for the following activities:
   1.  For the purpose of crime, fraud, counterfeiting, slander, pornography, racial and ethnic violence and terrorism.
   2.  Using harsh words, disrespectful, indecent, not in accordance with applicable norms.
   3. Using SMS content that is contrary to the laws and norms that apply in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
   4. Harming and disturbing SMS recipients and other parties, both individuals and legal entities or institutions.
3. USERS are fully responsible for the negative impact or lawsuits from other parties as a result of the contents and procedures for sending SMS.
4. VISIO is not responsible for SMS sending failures caused by:
   1.  Error recipient number entered by USER.
   2. Delivery failure is due to the sending process that has passed the SMS validity period, which is 48 hours.
   3. Delivery failure from the technical side of the operator.

Payment Terms and Top-Up

1. To be able to use the service SMS BLAST, USERS  can make purchases on Credit SMS by sending a request for the desired number of Credit SMS , with a minimum purchase of 3,000 Credit.
2. VISIO will send invoice to USERS according to the total price of the quantity of Credit SMS equested by the USERS.
3. USERS can make payments through the Bank Account listed in the invoice, and then confirm the payment.
4. VISIO will create an account for USERS with the amount of Credit SMS from user in accordance with the payment from USERS which has been validated.
5. USERS can do top-up Credit SMS by making a request top-up to VISIO, and through the same procedure.
6. After Credit SMS owned by USERS runs out, USERS enters a grace period of 60 days.

Terms of Termination and Cancellation of Use of SMS BLAST Service

1. Termination of use occurs because:
   1. A request by USERS that asks for the expiration of the usage period in writing, in this case the remaining SMS credit is non-refundable.
   2. If USERS does not top-up the balance until the end of the grace period, the user will automatically no longer be a user of the service SMS BLAST, and will be required to re-register.
2. Unilateral cancellation of usage by VISIO is due to the user violating the provisions on SMS material and content as stated in point 9, in this case the balance will automatically be forfeited.
3. VISIO is released from lawsuits and claims for compensation for cancellation of use from both users and other parties.
