NusaSMS 2.0 Cloud SMS Gateway Application

We are now updating the Cloud SMS Gateway NusaSMS application with many new features that make it easier for users to manage sending SMS messages using the NusaSMS web application.

Some of the new features that we present in NusaSMS 2.0 include the following:

• Multi Sender ID Management. In one NusaSMS account, users can now use more than one Sender ID. This is different from the previous SMS web application; In order to use the additional Sender ID, the user must use a different account. With this feature, users who want to use more than one Sender ID will find it easier to send SMS.
• Recurring SMS Schedule. In sending SMS, it is not uncommon to meet the needs of users who want to send SMS regularly within a certain time. Be it every day, every week, every month, or every year. NusaSMS 2.0 now has a module: Recurring SMS. By using this feature, users can send messages with a predetermined format, in daily, monthly, weekly and yearly cycles. This feature will be very helpful for users who want to send SMS regularly to customers and members of their organization, such as greetings, reminders of due dates, or regular invitations.

• Scheduled File2SMS. In the previous version of NusaSMS, users were greatly assisted by the File2SMS feature. With this feature, users can send SMS based on their Microsoft Excel files, then upload them to the NusaSMS application. The NusaSMS 2.0 application enhances the functionality of File2SMS even further. Now the user can add a delivery time column, so that each row of data that will be sent using File2SMS, can have a different delivery time. This will be very helpful for users, for example a financial institution (bank, insurance, BPR), who wants to send customer bill payment reminders.

• Live Chat Support. Not only operational functionality for users, we also want to improve our technical support to our users. Now you can use the web chat feature that is integrated directly into the NusaSMS application screen. Our support team will be able to directly communicate with users, and assist users in NusaSMS operations.
