SMS Inbox

SMS/WhatsApp Inbox is a service that allows SMS/WhatsApp from end users to enter the NusaSMS client INBOX. NusaSMS clients can use it to get SMS/WhatsApp messages for services that require a response from their end users. This interaction will provide real value to customers and increase loyalty.

The service NusaSMS Inbox allows clients to provide 2-way (in-out) communication services to all their customers throughout Indonesia (according to the selected GSM operator coverage). Thus, clients can interact with their customers directly: for marketing research purposes, brand awareness campaigns, or other concepts that require interactive communication.

  1. Hosting GSM/SIM Card at NusaSMS Data Center.
  2. GSM/SIM Card can be selected from NusaSMS inventory or prepared by you (POSTPAID IS MANDATORY FOR THIS SERVICE).
  3. The credit and validity period of the GSM/SIM Card are your responsibility if the GSM/SIM CARD is provided by the customer.
  4. You use the NusaSMS application to see and reply to your inbox.
  5. The GSM/SIM Card hosted is not used to perform SMS Blast.
  6. NusaSMS is not responsible if the GSM/SIM Card is blocked by the operator either because it is expired or other things from the operator if the GSM/SIM CARD is from the Customer.

NusaSMS Inbox Setup Process

The NusaSMS Inbox setup process with a regular GSM number can be done quickly and can be used immediately without having to meet complex and lengthy regulations (as is the case with short code numbers which must comply with regulations from the government and operators and go through a complex and lengthy process). The NusaSMS Inbox setup process is as follows:

    1. NusaSMS setup the GSM number available to us to be used as an SMS/WA recipient.
    2. The client performs the settings (auto reply / HTTP API integration) via the NusaSMS web.

  • Installation of information, for example: banners/flyers in each store of Samyung's cellphone products: "Watch with the film KARTINI on April 22, 2017 at CGV Blitz Grand Indonesia, to purchase Samyung cellphone products worth a minimum of IDR 5 million or more in 1 invoice."
  • How: Send an SMS to the number (for example) 6282246573477 with the format: KARTINI (space) NAME (space) PRODUCT-NAME (space) INVOICE-NUMBER

From the illustration image, buyers of Samyung products will send SMS in a predetermined format: KARTINI LASTRI S7 EDGE 873001136.
Samyung buyers receive SMS from the client's regular number.

Layanan Pengiriman Paket (SMS Center)

  1. The customer sends an SMS to the number (for example) 628129665xxxx with SMS format: Paket belum diterima 00083772616123.
  2. The SMS will enter the NusaSMS Inbox.
  3. Admin akan mengecek SMS masuk dan membalas SMS tersebut, misalkan: Mohon maaf atas keterlambatan pengiriman. Paket dengan nomor 00018362468123 sudah berada di Jakarta. Estimasi pengiriman ke lokasi anda max 24 jam.
  4. Pelanggan menerima SMS balasan.

  1. The customer sends an SMS to the number (for example) 628129665xxxx with SMS format: TRACKING 00018362468345.
  2.  The SMS will enter the NusaSMS Inbox.
  3. Sistem akan membalas SMS secara otomatis, misalkan: Terima kasih telah menghubungi kami melalui SMS. Tracking paket Anda akan segera kami informasikan.
  4. Pelanggan menerima SMS balasan.
  5. Admin akan mengecek SMS masuk dan membalas SMS tersebut, misalkan: Paket dengan nomor 00018362468345 sudah berada di Jakarta. Estimasi pengiriman ke lokasi anda max 24 jam.
  6. Pelanggan menerima SMS dari Nomor Reguler atau sender BRAND (optional).

Use Case SMS/WA Inbox IV: Vehicle Tax Information Service (Push Inbox)

  1. The customer sends an SMS to the number (for example) 628129665xxxx  with SMS format: INFO DB 8023 AKH MANADO.
  2.  The SMS will enter the NusaSMS Inbox.
  3. NusaSMS sends incoming SMS data to SBM (system on client).
  4. SBM receives SMS data and processes the data.
  5. SBM sends information in the form of SMS to customers via the NusaSMS API.
  6. SBM receives response API from NusaSMS.
  7.  NusaSMS sends SMS to customers through the operator.
  8. The customer receives an SMS from the sender DISPENDA which contains Vehicle Tax Information.
