Why is the Delivery on SMS Masking Failed?

There are two types of failure in sending Masking SMS, namely Aborted and Failed.

Status: Aborted

Occurs when the SMS sending transaction has been received by the operator (SENT status), but then the operator fails to send the message and changes the status to ABORTED or sent but not delivered. Causes of sending SMS with Aborted status:

1. Expired Destination Number

2. The number to be addressed is not in the operator database

3. The handset of the number to be addressed is inactive

4. Operator is having trouble

Status: Failed

Occurs when the SMS sending transaction has not yet reached the operator side. In this case, the system from the Gateway Engine will first check the validity of the number in question, if it is not valid then the delivery will be failed (FAILED).

1. There are Non-Number Characters in the Destined Number

2. The number to be addressed is not in the operator database

3. The handset of the number to be addressed is inactive

4. Operator is having trouble

5. Memory Handset of the Destined Number is Full
